On reaching the lodge our main occupation was watching the weather and debating as to the chances of getting our flight out in the morning. It's not uncommon to be stuck in Lukla for days on end.
Traditionally the last day of the trek is time to give tips to the guide, helper and porters. It is also encouraged to give them any unwanted clothes and equipment - washed or unwashed!!
Here is the team after presenting them with tips, socks, t shirts, gloves, etc etc.
